APPLICATION FOR STUDENT VEHICLE STICKERS SESSION 2019/2020


Application and distribution of new student vehicle stickers for the 2019/2020 session will begin on:

i) Date: September 17, 2019 - October 31, 2019
ii) Place: Security Counter, Security Division, UPM Serdang Campus
iii) Time: Mon-Thurs (8.15am - 4.00pm), Friday (8.15am - 12:15 pm & 2.45pm - 4.00pm)

All parking lots in the Faculty / Department / Institute are reserved for staffs/officers only. Students are required to park in the designated area as follows:

i) Central Academy parking area
ii) Central Lecture Hall parking lot
iii) GAZEBO parking lot
iv) Parking lot behind UPM Press (Library)

All eligible students are allowed to apply for one (1) vehicle sticker only for cars or motorcycles. Students applying for vehicle stickers must bring the following documents:

i) Complete vehicle sticker application form can be downloaded at the Security Department website www.bku.upm.edu.my or at the Security Counter, UPM Security Division.
ii) Original vehicle grant & vehicle ownership certificate
iii) Letter of authorization from the legal owner of the grant, if not registered in the name of the student. (immediate family only)
iv) Matric card (original) or virtual matric card
v) Valid driver's license (original)

The use of student vehicle stickers is effective from November 1st, 2019. Any questions can be directed to:
